Once your order is ready, we will send you an email notifying you that you can pick up at our kiosk in Plaza Las Americas. Orders can take up to 24 hours to be ready and we will keep them at our location for two days after notifying you. After two days, if you have not picked up, we will cancel the order and issue a refund.
