📦 Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before your items are shipped.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
🌍 Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We currently ship to United States and Puerto Rico. All shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated Delivery Times:

Domestic (within Puerto Rico): 3–7 business days
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, or peak holiday seasons.
🍬 Shipping of Edible Items
We take special care when packaging food and sweet items to ensure they arrive in good condition. However:

We are not responsible for melted, spoiled, or damaged food items due to weather conditions or delays in transit.

All edible items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund (see our No Refund Policy).
🚫 Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, it is considered fulfilled. Shop Hayaty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package was lost:
